When you break it down to the smallest unit, all businesses, no matter what the product they make, ultimately comes down to the people that work in and manage the business.

It has often been said that Attitude determines altitude... With the correlation being that attitude will determine the height of your success. At Vista we have found that in addition to this, enthusiasm helps support attitude, so all of this is a contagious "chain".

Our philosophy of being a "customer-centric" company, empowers the people on the floor everyday, the people in the trenches so to say, to make immediate decisions to solve customer problems on the spot. This fosters and supports an enthusiastic attitude, because the "system" of running the business doesn't get in the way of helping out the customer.

We have a somewhat common credo that while not necessarily written or plastered all over the walls, is understood... It is, that we must be able and willing to make what the customer needs to sell, rather than telling the customer how to sell what we make.

Attitude, and enthusiasm for what one does, while seemingly sometimes are overused "buzzwords" really do apply to ones (and a company's) altitude. At Vista, we don't have a predetermined "altitude", we're just gonna keep going up and onward, with a smile on our face.
